Cheesecake

Hello! Today I am having a family dinner and I was asked to make my "famous" cheesecake, so I thought it was a great idea to share the recipe with you.

Olá! Hoje vou ter um jantar de família e pediram-me para fazer o meu "famoso" cheesecake e decidi partilhar convosco a receita.




Ingredients:

- 2 packages of whipping cream / 2 pacotes de natas frescas Longa Vida 
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk / 1 lata de leite condensado
- 1 package of Philadelphia regular cream cheese / 1 embalagem de queijo Philadelphia clássico
- 8 sheets of unflavored gelatin / 8 folhas de gelatina sem sabor 
- 3 cups of graham cracker crumbs / 1 pacote de bolacha Maria
- 100g of butter / 100g de manteiga
- raspberry jam / compota de framboesa 





































Directions:

    Step 1: stir together the graham cracker crumbs and the butter, slightly soften / esmagar a bolacha Maria na picadora e misturar com a manteiga, ligeiramente amolecida, amassando bem. 

    Step 2: place this mixture in a recipient of your choice and then put it in the fridge / forrar um recipiente com esta mistura e depois colocar no frigorífico. 




    Step 3: stir together the whipping cream, the sweetened condensed milk and the cream cheese / misturar bem as natas, o leite condensado e o queijo Philadelphia.




    Step 4: place the gelatin sheets in water until they are soften, crush the water from them and put them in the microwave for about a minute (600W) / demolhar as folhas da gelatina até amolecerem, espremê-las e colocá-las no microondas (<1 minuto, a 600W).

    Step 5: add the liquid gelatin to the mixture you made on step 3 and stir everything together / adicionar a gelatina líquida à mistura feita no passo 3 e misturar tudo muito bem.   

    Step 6: take the recipient out of the fridge and spread this cream on top of the cracker crumbs / retirar o recipiente do frigorífico e espalhar este creme sobre a bolacha.




    Step 7: place it again in the fridge until it sets / colocar novamente no frigorífico até que solidifique. 

    Step 8: once it is set, coat the cake with the jam and keep it in the fridge until you want to eat it / cobrir com a compota e manter no frigorífico até à hora de servir.
